കാലങ്ങളായി തമ്മില്‍ പോരടിക്കുന്ന രണ്ടു കുടുംബങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള യുവതിമാരുമായി ശംഭുവും ശിവനും പ്രണയത്തിലാണ്എന്നാല്‍ ദാമു,എം എ ധവാന്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ അവരുടെ വഴിയില്‍ തടസ്സമാവുന്നു.

Madhavan wants to observe the character of his fiancee's family, so he disguises himself as a driver and asks the real driver to pretend to be him. Problems arise when she falls for his driver.
